Ok, the only way I will ever get to the top of this one is in a helicopter with an oxygen mask. I have flown higher on recent trips between Minneapolis and Japan. This picture was taken on 12/05/2003 in the late afternoon, from NWA flight 19. (Looking north from about 35,000 ft.)
